Volunteer Opportunities:
Listing Date: April 24, 2025: The Gulf Coast SWCD is hosting a vegetative planting tentatively scheduled for May 29th. We are looking for volunteers to help install 1,100 California bulrush (Schoenoplectus californicus) plugs at White Lake, Cameron Parish. Actual site location is currently being redefined and will be disclosed to those volunteers who reach out to us.
